MedNStore.com is committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms, timelines, and delivery processes followed by our platform.


1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to selected pin codes across India.
Availability of delivery to your location will be confirmed at checkout based on your pin code.


2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Local/City Deliveries: 1–2 business days

  • Within State: 2–4 business days

  • National Deliveries: 4–7 business days

Actual delivery times may vary based on:

  • Product availability

  • Location accessibility

  • Courier partner performance

  • Public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events

Delivery timeline shown at checkout is indicative, not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Charges may vary based on:

  • Order value

  • Delivery location

  • Product category

  • Current offers (free shipping promotions, coupons, etc.)

MedNStore.com may offer free shipping above a minimum order value during promotions.


4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement.

  • Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Once processed, you will receive tracking information (where applicable).


5. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to two times.
If unsuccessful due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect address

  • Phone not reachable

  • Refusal to accept

the order may be marked as undeliverable and returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once the order is shipped, you may receive:

  • Tracking link (if applicable)

  • Status updates in the My Orders section

Not all local deliveries may have real-time tracking, but our support team will assist you upon request.


7. Delivery of Perishable or Sensitive Products

Fresh groceries, dairy, fruits, vegetables, and temperature-sensitive items:

  • Are delivered same-day or next-day (location-specific)

  • Must be received by the customer at the first delivery attempt

  • Cannot be returned once accepted

These items require immediate handling for freshness and safety.


8. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • Wrong product

  • Missing quantity

  • Broken packaging

Report the issue within:

  • 24 hours for perishable items

  • 48 hours for all other items

We may request photos or videos for verification.


9. Delivery Restrictions

Delivery may not be possible in:

  • Remote or inaccessible locations

  • Containment zones

  • Areas with local delivery restrictions

If we cannot deliver to your location, we will notify you and issue a refund if payment was already made.


10. Change of Address

Address changes after order placement:

  • May be accepted only before dispatch

  • Cannot be changed once the order is shipped
